Presentation of these workshops:

Gemmotherapy:
Picking buds is a great moment of harmony with the trees.
The macerated buds make it possible to obtain solutions in which the active ingredients of plants are concentrated, this is gemmotherapy.
Each tree has its own virtues, the bud macerates will act in depth to balance certain abnormal physiological processes.

Sprouted seeds:
Sprouted seeds are superfoods rich in micro-nutrients essential to our health. In addition to being simple to grow, they are delicious to eat. How do you get them to germinate at home? Some tips for consuming them…

The Sparklings:
The champagne of fairies!!!
Lilac lemonade or sparkling elderberry are wonderful drinks.
These wild food recipes use spontaneous fermentation. Lemonade is very effervescent, not very sweet and very fragrant. It is zero waste and homemade.
(workshop during the flowering period of lilac and elderberry)

Lactofermentation:
Lactofermentation means adding life to food.
Lactofermentation allows food to be preserved in a natural way, without using chemical additives and without the need to sterilize or cook the food. It is a long-term food preservation technique that does not require sterilization or freezing.
Lactofermented vegetables have all the benefits of raw foods: they retain all their vitamins and minerals, and the lactofermentation process even enriches them with vitamins. They are rich in probiotics, they are more digestible than raw vegetables.

Oily macerates:
The oily macerate is made from a plant (leaves, flowers, roots, seeds, fruits depending on the plant) which infuses in a vegetable oil. Thus we benefit from all the active ingredients of the plant (vitamins, polyphenols, flavonoids, etc.) and from the oil used for “maceration”.
Making your oily macerates is very fun and economical.
The oily macerate can be used as is or be a base for an ointment for example.

Making homemade hydrosols (or floral waters):
We talk to you a lot about essential oils… less often about floral waters, commonly called hydrosols. However, they are particularly interesting and can be useful to you on a daily basis. Especially since it is quite easy to make them at home.

Cosmetics:
During this workshop you will learn to create balms, ointments and creams and you will discover the specificities of the chosen plants, whose virtues enrich each recipe.
You will acquire the techniques and tips for creating balms, allowing you to make them again at home.

Food dehydration:
Food dehydration is an excellent solution for enjoying fruits, vegetables and other preparations rich in vitamins all year round, which will be ideal as part of a healthy diet.

Kombucha:
Consumed regularly, kombucha offers numerous benefits for daily health and well-being thanks to the bacteria it contains. Its virtues are numerous: it helps promote good digestion and helps regulate transit, while facilitating the absorption and assimilation of nutrients contained in food; it helps maintain the normal functioning of the immune system in particular thanks to the vitamin C, probiotics and antioxidants it contains.
