Hydrolats with Plantes et Cie

Hydrosols have similar properties to essential oils, but they are much milder and less concentrated. They contain a low concentration of essential oils, as well as water-soluble molecules that give them beneficial properties for the skin and health.
Hydrosols have been used for centuries in beauty and health care. They can be used as a spray to cool the skin, as a lotion to cleanse and tone the skin, or as an inhalation to decongest the airways. They can also be used in cooking to add a subtle flavor to dishes.
The most commonly used hydrosols are rose water, lavender water, chamomile water, orange blossom water and peppermint water. There are many other hydrosols available, each with specific properties and uses.
