The Borne sports canyon is a highly aquatic course in a wild gorge in the heart of the Ardèche mountains. It includes a number of jumps up to 12 m (never compulsory), swimming, waterfalls, a zip line and abseiling.

Dry riverbed expedition (“barranco” in spanish) starting in the ruins of an abandonned village. This barranco will help one get familiarized with rockclimbing, caving, ziplining, rope climbing (“via cordata”) in full safety. This adventure is open to families ages 10 and up.

Live and share the unforgettable experience of a day’s canoeing under the majestic Pont d’Arc. You’ll be guided by a professional river instructor with the Guide Nature des Gorges label. Accessible to children aged 3 and over.

At Zarathoustra, nestled in the heart of the Ibie Valley, Baptiste and Marion welcome you to their neo-bistro cuisine. A small menu awaits you, changing with the seasons and according to availability, with a focus on local produce.

We’ll give you a guided tour of our Nougaterie, showing you all the stages in the production process, including our 1956 papilloteuse. You will then have the opportunity to taste our different Nougats and the Ardèche honeys we use in our recipes.

This wine cooperative was founded in 1952 to group together winegrowers from Valvignères, Saint-Thomé and Gras. Together, the 44 cooperative farmers produce and sell 25,000 to 30,000 hectolitres of wine on the 470 hectares of vine plantations. The cooperative bears the ‘Goûtez l’Ardèche’ quality label.
