The chef is truly passionate about his profession, and he offers generous and creative cuisine with a blend of terroir and modernity, made from fantastic, carefully selected products. In season (April 1rst to October 31rst): open from Thursday to Monday for lunch and dinner, except Sunday evening.
Out of season (November 1rst to March 31rst): open from Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner + Sunday lunch.
