Established in 2004, Chez Marti invites you to discover traditional, generous, and refined cuisine, crafted with the seasons in mind.

At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Adrien Martinez, a Maître Restaurateur since 2015, who uses his expertise to showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients. We prioritize local Ardèche and regional products, short supply chains, and, whenever possible, organic produce.

From appetizers to desserts, everything is homemade in our kitchen by the chef, with a focus on respecting the seasons, working with ingredients with care, and prioritizing flavor and authenticity.

The Maître Restaurateur title, a state-recognized distinction in the restaurant industry, recognizes professionals committed to preparing cuisine on-site using primarily fresh, raw ingredients, and adhering to a commitment to quality.

Chez Marti, a gourmet stop in the Ardèche region, has been awarded the “Étape Savoureuse” label since 2017.

Every year we offer an end-of-year menu served for groups and takeaways. We offer a special Christmas takeaway menu to be collected on December 24th.
