Description
Welcome to Marie Denis and Gabin’s 4-hectare family estate. Come and share our haven of nature and tranquility at the gateway to the Ibie, Coiron, Rhône Valley, and Ardèche Gorges. We are located less than a kilometer from the town center of Villeneuve de Berg, shops, and numerous amenities.
In the upper part of our house, we offer a large cottage with air conditioning, a terrace, a garden, a spa, and a BBQ/plancha grill.
It can accommodate 4 or more people and is spread over two floors (the second floor can be opened depending on the number of guests).
On the ground floor:

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, oven, induction hob, microwave, steamer, etc.)
