Domaine des Loriots

Welcome to Marie Denis and Gabin’s 4-hectare family estate. Come and share our haven of nature and tranquility at the gateway to the Ibie, Coiron, Rhône Valley, and Ardèche Gorges. We are located less than a kilometer from the town center of Villeneuve de Berg, shops, and numerous amenities.
In the upper part of our house, we offer a large cottage with air conditioning, a terrace, a garden, a spa, and a BBQ/plancha grill.
It can accommodate 4 or more people and is spread over two floors (the second floor can be opened depending on the number of guests).

On the ground floor:
Large dining room with views of the terrace and the Ibie Valley
Living room with TV, library
Winter garden
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, oven, induction hob, microwave, steamer, etc.)
2 bedrooms with a wardrobe and two single beds (90 cm) that can be pushed together to create a king-size bed or separated as desired.
Bathroom with XXL shower
Laundry room (ample storage, baby equipment, washing machine, cleaning and ironing supplies)
Toilet separate from the bathroom

Upstairs (attic):
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each with a wardrobe. A bathroom/WC
