Let's play together around different themes: - Tasting in a black glass: what color do I taste? - Masked bottle: which vintage? Which grape variety? Aged in barrel or amphora?

Why not share a "picnic basket" after your stroll through the vineyards?
We invite you to explore the history of the estate and then the stages of making a wine, starting with the vat room then continuing with the cellar. You will have the opportunity to discover aging in amphorae and taste one of our wines on barrel.
We'll give you a guided tour of our Nougaterie, showing you all the stages in the production process, including our 1956 papilloteuse. You will then have the opportunity to taste our different Nougats and the Ardèche honeys we use in our recipes.
Treat yourself to a unique immersion into the daily lives of our animals! Become a Keeper for a Day experience, accessible from age 7, and discover the behind-the-scenes workings of the Park while actively participating in the care of the residents.
Open your eyes and discover the starry universe with the museum's animators. On the program: a theatrical show, followed by a short night walk and an introduction to telescope observation near the museum.
Join Sylvain, a passionate master glassmaker, for an unforgettable experience and make your own blown glass objects: 1 Christmas bauble, 1 sulphur and 1 pair of glasses!
Over the course of an hour, we explain how our beers are made (in French) in the production area, then finish off around the counter with a few tastings to illustrate our point.
