Oenological workshop at Chateau de la Selve

We wanted to introduce you to our wines in a fun and playful way — and now it’s done! Let’s play together around different themes:
-Tasting in a black glass: what color am I tasting?
-Blind bottle: which vintage? Which grape variety? Aged in barrel or amphora?
For added complexity, we can also play with wines from fellow winemakers from Ardèche, carefully selected by us!
