Yoga Camps

New “all-inclusive” formula: I’ve improved stewardship with a €70 day pass and extended the duration of the Ardèche yoga camp. No need to bring provisions. I plan the menus.
I even offer pre-assembled tents (+10€/d).
Always 4 hours of yoga a day, under the tepee, morning and evening. 40€/d
I take care of all the shopping and drinks, so that we can prepare meals together, using quality local produce. 25€/j
Camping on site 5€/d
For an additional charge, and upon reservation, I can rent you a tent that’s already set up. 10€/j

2 program periods:
– 1 week in July: from Tuesday evening 9/07 to Tuesday midday 16/07. Theme: the chakras. One center per day, specifically addressed through postures, breathing, visualizations, yantra, mantra, yoga nidra…
– 2 weeks in August: from Monday 5/08 evening to Monday 19/08 midday.
Yoga activity compulsory, 2 nights minimum on reservation (deposit).
With this formula, you’re free to arrive and leave whenever you like, for a weekend, a week, or longer, as you wish!
Nicolas will provide 4 hours of daily practice, in a large 35m2 tepee in the heart of nature. The teaching, based on ancestral natha-yogi techniques (asâna, prânâyâma, dristi, mudrâ, nidrâ, mantra, bandha, dharâna…) will take the form of thematic workshops or independent sessions.

Example of a typical day:
– 2h in the morning “à la fraiche” from 8am to 10am,
– 1h in the evening at 7pm, before the shared meal,
– 1h mantra/meditation around 10.30pm,
Free-time the rest of the time.

– Camping on site:
Bring all the comforts for your starlit nights (tent, comforter, lamp, hammock…) or your super camper van, as well as your practical stuff (rugs, cushions, plaid).
There’s little electricity on site, with dry toilets and a hose shower.
Open-air summer kitchen, wood fire, cool resurgence at the river in a sublime natural setting.

Please note that there’s no fridge on site, but it is possible to buy ice cream.
