Truffle flavors and Ardèche wines with Néovinum

On the program:

– 9am: truffle growers welcome participants on site
– 9am to 11am: truffle activity (explanations, demonstrations, truffle hunting experience, sharing of anecdotes, cooking recipes, etc.)
– 11:15 am: welcome of participants and truffle grower at the winemaker’s premises
– 11:15 am to 12:15 pm: wine activity (discover the winemaking process, explore the cellar, explain the trade…)
– 12:15pm to 1pm: wine tasting with truffle growers’ aperitif (truffled brie, truffled butter…), truffle and wine pairings, culinary advice, recipes, sharing, exchange, conviviality.1pm: end of the event.
