Le Clos Marcani

Discover our independent, single-story cottage, ideally located in a small, typical Ardèche village. This 44 m² (470 sq ft) accommodation, located on our property, is fully enclosed and just for you.
The cottage consists of a living room and a bedroom:

Living room: Bright thanks to its large bay window, the accommodation has a dining area and a lounge area with a television, board games, and books. The sofa bed offers two additional beds.

Fully equipped kitchen: dining table, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need for cooking.

Bedroom: Secluded by a curtain, this cozy and bright room is equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and a storage closet.

Bathroom: Adjoining the bedroom, it features a modern and spacious walk-in shower.
The toilet is separate.

Outside
Independent cottage: The cottage is located behind our house, so you’ll feel right at home, and your pets will have complete freedom.
Private terrace and garden: Enjoy a 15m² terrace overlooking the fully fenced garden.
Bicycle storage: A storage area is available for your bicycles.
