Where the path unfolds - Art therapy experimentation workshop

Creative Journeys are one-off art therapy workshops, each independent of the others. Based on a theme, each session offers a creative experience using various mediums.

For this Journey, we will explore the paths we take, the detours, the hesitations, and the unexpected directions.
Through creation, we will take the time to explore this theme, allowing ourselves to be surprised by the shapes, colors, and traces that emerge.
The goal is not to know how to draw or to create a “beautiful” piece. Here, creation becomes a medium for experimenting, feeling, questioning, and allowing what needs to find its place to emerge.
A time for reflection and sharing at the end of the workshop will also allow participants to put words to their experience, if they wish.

A pause to slow down, experiment, and explore in a new way.
Each Creative Journey is independent: no participation in previous or subsequent workshops is required.
