Wild Plant Harvesting and Cooking Day

On the program:
• Botanical walk through the estate’s various environments
• Introduction to recognizing and harvesting edible and medicinal plants
• Discovery of their uses in cooking, for health, and in the home
• Participatory cooking workshop
• Tasting of wild and delicious preparations

A day to learn, enjoy nature, share, reconnect… and leave with your head full of ideas (and a few natural recipes in your pocket)!
