The Forgiveness Circle is a simple and powerful ritual for healing the heart, a modern and secular version of forgiveness. The intention is to forgive others, human and non-human, all living things (animals, plants, minerals, etc.), the Earth, and especially ourselves. To welcome, then release, and allow the flow of uncomfortable emotions that have remained embedded within us—resentment, fear, sadness, guilt—so that love and joy may flow more freely in our hearts.
The horses who live at Sophie Raty’s are therapists who, of their own free will, accompany humans in healing their wounds and finding serenity and self-love. Mirroring humans, these horses help us to authentically and without judgment embrace who we are, to release our emotions, and to feel the connection of hearts beating in unison. Sophie, the herd’s guardian, will guide you through the basics of safety so you can experience this circle with complete confidence.
