This pretty, raised ground floor (6 steps to access the cottage), very comfortable is located in a part of my house, access and outdoor space totally independent, very quiet environment. Living room with lounge area (flat screen TV, internet connection), fully fitted integrated kitchen area, large master suite (a 160 bed and a 90 bed) with access to the bathroom (large shower, WC, basin), dressing room, sheets, towels and household linen provided, baby equipment on request. Swimming pool to share with the owner from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Many possibilities of restoration and activities in a radius of 10km. Accommodation very well located to discover all the regions of southern Ardèche.
