In the heart of the Southern Ardèche, this renovated, unique, and independent accommodation is located in a former 18th-century dovecote in the center of the charming little village of Lussas. The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

This square stone tower offers living space on several levels: The first floor comprises a bright main room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an island and a cozy living area, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can enjoy a beautiful sunny terrace with views of the village of Saint-Laurent-Sous-Coiron. On the next floor is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed. The top floor, offering a unique view over the rooftops of Lussas and the Mirabel village tower, consists of a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, an entrance and a secure, covered, automated garage with space for two vehicles and bicycles complete this property.

The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, Wi-Fi/Ethernet internet, a large-screen TV with a soundbar, and a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with numerous accessories. We provide linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels).

This property is suitable for groups of friends, couples, and remote workers. It is not recommended for people who have difficulty with stairs.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.

Location:
Located in the heart of the village, the accommodation offers a 1-minute walk to the bakery for croissants, the grocery store, the local market on Friday mornings in the covered market behind the church, and the farmers’ market on Sunday mornings. You can also enjoy the two nearby bars/restaurants and the village pétanque court.

Every August, Lussas hosts the European Documentary Film Festival, which attracts some 5,000 professionals and enthusiasts of the genre. Lussas has become a renowned cultural hub. Be aware that the third week of August will be much busier than usual.

Getting Around:
You’ll find many places to visit and a multitude of activities to try around Lussas.

Within a 10km radius, you can reach Aubenas, Vogüé, Vals-les-Bains, Mirabel, Darbres, or Saint-Laurent-sous-Coiron.

Within a 30km radius, you can visit Vallon Pont d’Arc, Antraigues-sur-Volane, Thueyts, the Tanargue forest and the Ardèche plateau. Superb walks are accessible around the town (the Oppidum, for example, overlooking the Ardèche valley), a water source is a 15-minute walk away for refreshments, and several road cycling and mountain biking routes are available.
