The property features a swimming pool, a spacious and well-equipped pool house, and communal areas for games and relaxation. An exceptional region, the Ardèche offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes: sports and leisure activities (hiking or mountain biking, swimming, canoeing, canyoning, climbing, caving, paragliding, etc.), cultural activities (visits to picturesque villages, the Ardèche gorges, exhibitions, etc.), and festive events (Provençal markets, themed events, local festivals, etc.).

The region also offers numerous opportunities to explore the history and geology of these places, including: the 13th-century church in the village of St Gineys en Coiron; the former royal bastide in Villeneuve de Berg; the keep and fortified village of Mirabel; the archaeological remains of the Domaine du Pradel; the ancient troglodytic village of Les Balmes de Montbrun; and the discovery of the Coiron’s geological heritage: basalt flows, fossils in the limestone, and more.
