The Vals-les-Bains spa has long been recognised as a diabetes centre, with a specialist multi-disciplinary team at the service of spa-goers. In 2020, the spa was awarded rheumatology (RH) accreditation.

During a guided tour, you'll have the opportunity to visit our vineyard plots, talk about the grape varieties grown on the estate, and learn about the benefits of grassing & organic farming as practiced by the Terra Noé team.
Departure on request, generally between 11:00 and 13:00, to one of the two bivouac areas, Gaud (1/3 of the way along) or Gournier (halfway along). Don't forget to reserve your tickets at the tourist office.

Day 1 max: Take full advantage of the joys of canoeing and kayaking, passing through water slides and under the Pont d'Arc. 24 km on Day 2: Start after the Pont d'Arc, crossing the Gorges de l'Ardèche nature reserve from Vallon to Sauze.
Full-day canyoning in the Borne (adventure/sports) with a local, independent instructor.
