In January and February, Saveurs de Truffes et Vins d'Ardèche offers a gourmet truffle and wine immersion experience: truffle hunting, demonstrations, anecdotes and recipes, winemaking and the winemaker's craft, tastings, truffle and wine pairings, and convivial moments.
Pradel’Fest
6 PM: Opening 8 PM: Vineyard tour and wine tasting, discussion with the winemaker and/or guided tour by Cermosem's student guide-lecturer (registration required) 8:30 PM - 1 AM: Concerts (Dernier Touriste, LMZG, DJ Set Radio Micheline)
