In January and February, Saveurs de Truffes et Vins d'Ardèche offers a gourmet truffle and wine immersion experience: truffle hunting, demonstrations, anecdotes and recipes, winemaking and the winemaker's craft, tastings, truffle and wine pairings, and convivial moments.
