Shinrin Yoku outing/ Forest bath

Shinrin Yoku: it is an immersive, sensitive and sensory walk during which I offer different types of invitation (breathing, awakening the senses, creativity, contemplation, etc.) to slow down and get back to being present with ourselves and our surroundings.
The sharing opportunities that punctuate the invitations allow participants to share what they want with the rest of the group in a respectful, caring and non-judgemental way.
In this way, everyone is listened to and can enrich the group’s experience.
This approach to wellness has been the subject of a great deal of scientific research since the 90s.
The benefits of this practice (relaxation, letting go, serenity, calm, joy…) corroborate with the deep intuition that being in contact with nature does us good.

– session on Sunday 17 March from 3.30pm to 7pm “special spring equinox” in Lussas
The intention of this session will be to focus our attention on the spring equinox, its wind of renewal and new creative energies, to observe its manifestation around us but also within us, to live and work in harmony with the energies of this season.
I’ll have the pleasure of co-guiding this session with Emilie Nancey, currently training at the School of Inner Transition and passionate about eco-practices.
Together, we’ll be offering you some special invitations to help you make the most of this equinox and set your intentions and decisions in line with the energies of the season…
