Description

From fossil-rich deposits, it is possible to reconstruct the history of past oceans. The evolution of species and their diversification over time are illustrated by these imprints. It is thanks to fossils that we discover how closely current biodiversity is linked to that of millions of years ago. Explore the exhibition to discover specimens from these vanished oceans and their present-day descendants.
