We will discover the work and message of Olivier de Serres, a pioneer of agronomy in France.

* Science in Creative Documentary Filmmaking (all ages 8 and up, limited capacity)
When cinema and science meet: discover documentaries that combine art and research. Sundays only: 10:30 a.m. · 12:45 p.m. · 2:15 p.m. · 3:45 p.m.
Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes with Ardèche images

* Horse and robot: working hand in hand in viticulture (all ages)
From traditional agricultural machinery to draft horses to modern winemaking robotics. Discover how innovation, ancestral know-how, and animal power complement each other in the heart of our terroirs. Through demonstrations, equipment displays, and the presence of a draft horse, immerse yourself in the vibrant and diverse richness of agriculture. How do these different approaches work together to build a sustainable future?
