What can we expect? Accompanied by the horses of the herd, we’ll meet our Inner Child and the two manifestations of this part of our personality: our SUN child (or joyful, authentic child) and our SHADOW child (or wounded child).

Course objectives: rediscover your childlike soul, take care of it, recognize, listen to, love and re-parent your inner child. Reconnect with the fragile, vulnerable little being we once were, providing support, reassurance, love and security.

Program :

Day 1: Discovering my inner child, who communicates with my body. Work on body perceptions and feelings.
Day 2: Listening to our inner child’s needs, wounds and emotions: identify our inner child’s needs, wounds and the masks we put in place when our inner child’s needs are not respected, listen to and better understand our emotions (yoga of pleasant and unpleasant emotions).

Day 3: Listening to my joyful, creative inner child, I listen to its song and begin a process of reparenting: developing self-confidence and self-esteem, letting our sunshine blossom and express itself while taking care of our wounded child, so that we can gradually take back the reins of our lives and rediscover meaning.

Led by the 11 horses of the Domaine Fournery-Baraud herd, their janitor, Sophie RATY (psycho-practitioner in transpersonal therapy) and her childhood friend Valérie de Dietrich (actor and art therapist).

Price: 450€ including workshop, exercises with the horses and course documents in a 30-page trainee booklet. Earlybird rate -20% for registration before February 15, 2024: 360€ for 3 days. Shared gîte accommodation available: 55€ per night / Shared meals (fridges and kitchen available). No experience of horses required.
