Canoeing - Kayaking from Vallon to St Martin d'Ardèche - 30 km / 1 day with Canoës Service

Departure between 8:30 and 9:00 am
Return at 4:30 pm / 5:00 pm

Requirements:
Be in good physical condition,
Be able to swim,
Be over 7 years of age.

Attire:
Old sneakers or water sandals (shoes that hold your feet). For your safety, avoid laces.
Swimsuit and T-shirt (beware of sunburn).
Cap and sunglasses, not forgetting the little cord to fasten them.
Off-season: bring a woollen sweater and a windbreaker + a change of clothes on arrival.
Neoprene wetsuits available for hire.

In any case, don’t forget :
Weather-appropriate clothing.
Sun protection (cap, T-shirt, sunglasses + cord, sun cream, etc.).
Windbreaker in spring and autumn.
Closed-toe shoes (mandatory) for boating.
Change of clothes on arrival (1-day descents) or in the evening at the bivouac (2-day descents).
Avoid taking rings, chains or other fragile or valuable objects.
