Montreal Castle 12th 16th century

The 12th century dungeon, the courtyard and indoor staircase, the suspended balcony, the large halls and fireplaces make this monument a jewel in the original band of fortresses built around Largentière.
At the entrance, you will meet the landlord of Montreal Castle: a builder who spent the last 26 years renovating the castle by himself!

From 13/04 to 17/04/2026 between 2 pm and 6 pm.

From 20/04 to 22/04/2026 between 2 pm and 6 pm.

From 23/04 to 05/07/2026 from Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.

From 06/07 to 25/08/2026 from Monday to Friday between 10.30 am and 1 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm. On Sunday between 3 pm and 7 pm.

From 26/08 to 31/12/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. On Wednesday between 10 am and 12 pm.
Closed exceptionally on December 25th.
