Gîtes Laulagner

Welcome to Laulagner, a 5-hectare estate with a swimming pool bordered by a river, surrounded by unspoiled nature 5 km from any other dwelling. The cottage and its outbuildings welcome you away from any road, in a secluded spot in the Ibie Valley. The peace and quiet necessary for complete rejuvenation await you, while you are close to Vallon Pont d’Arc, Villeneuve de Berg, and all the activities offered by the Ardèche tourist sites.

Laulagner offers two cottages: “Le Cocon de Soi – Gîte for 2 people” and “Au Fil de Soi – Gîte for 8 people.” You can also rent the entire property.

Le Cocon opens onto two terraces and enjoys an unobstructed view of the valley and the garden. Its private entrance offers complete independence. You will have a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a living room facing the wood-burning stove, as well as a shower room with toilet, adjoining the bedroom.

Au fil de soi is located in an outbuilding of the main house. It is built on two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large open-plan living area with a kitchen opening onto the living and dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, accessible by a wide staircase, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have ample storage. From the bedrooms, you can admire the beauty and serenity of the surrounding landscapes. Au fil de soi has its own private, shaded terrace for beautiful summer evenings and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings by the fire.

Travel cot, booster seat, baby bath and plastic tableware available. Babysitting services available upon request

Laulagner, noisetier en ardèchois, est lové au cœur d’un vallon secret de la vallée de l’Ibie, aux pieds des réserves naturelles de la dent de Rez et de Bois Sauvage. Ici, la nature nous procure les ressources dont nous avons besoin comme l’eau puisée à la source, l’énergie du soleil et du bois des forêts environnantes et apporte son concours au traitement de nos déchets grâce à la phytoépuration qui nettoie nos eaux usées ou au compost qui transforme nos déchets alimentaires en terreau fertile. Nous nous devons de respecter et préserver cette nature unique, nous nous sommes donc engagés dans une démarche éco-responsable en vue d’obtenir l‘Ecolabel européen et le label Accueil Vélo.
