Departure between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. depending on our schedule for the day.
\nReturn at 4:30\/5 p.m. on the third day.<\/p>\n
You will need to spend one night at our partner campsite and one night camping in the Gorges, preferably at the Bivouac de Gournier. Remember to book your overnight tickets in advance.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nBe in good physical condition.
\nKnow how to swim.
\nBe over 7 years old.<\/p>\n
Clothing:
\nOld trainers or water sandals (shoes that stay on your feet). For your safety, avoid laces.
\nLong shorts and T-shirt (beware of sunburn).
\nCap, sunglasses, and don’t forget a cord to tie them on.
\nOut of season: bring a wool jumper to wear next to your skin and a windbreaker + a change of clothes for when you arrive.
\nNeoprene wetsuits are available for hire.<\/p>\n
In any case, don’t forget:
\nYour camping essentials (sleeping bags, change of clothes, warm clothes for the evening)
\nSwimsuit and towel.
\nSufficient water (1.5 litres of water per day per person). Refills available at the bivouacs.
\nPicnic food for 3 days (no food that can spoil in the heat).
