This square stone tower offers living space on several levels: The first floor comprises a bright main room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an island and a cozy living area, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can enjoy a beautiful sunny terrace with views of the village of Saint-Laurent-Sous-Coiron. On the next floor is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed. The top floor, offering a unique view over the rooftops of Lussas and the Mirabel village tower, consists of a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, an entrance and a secure, covered, automated garage with space for two vehicles and bicycles complete this property.<\/p>\n
The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, Wi-Fi\/Ethernet internet, a large-screen TV with a soundbar, and a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with numerous accessories. We provide linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels).<\/p>\n
This property is suitable for groups of friends, couples, and remote workers. It is not recommended for people who have difficulty with stairs.<\/p>\n

You can also enjoy the two nearby bars\/restaurants and the village p\u00e9tanque court.<\/p>\n
Every August, Lussas hosts the European Documentary Film Festival, which attracts some 5,000 professionals and enthusiasts of the genre. Lussas has become a renowned cultural hub. Be aware that the third week of August will be much busier than usual.<\/p>\n

Within a 30km radius, you can visit Vallon Pont d\u2019Arc, Antraigues-sur-Volane, Thueyts, the Tanargue forest and the Ard\u00e8che plateau.
