Located in a quiet area, away from the small village of St Germain, V\u00e9ronique and G\u00e9rard welcome you to their self-catering accommodation, situated in the attic of their house.
\nUpstairs (please note that the stairs are steep and have uneven steps), this 70 m\u00b2 apartment for 4 people includes two bedrooms (one double bed in each), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a living\/dining room with a TV area.
\nOn the ground floor, an outdoor area allows you to relax on your private terrace of approximately 20 m\u00b2, with direct access to the shared swimming pool (shared only with the owners) and enjoy magnificent sunsets over the surrounding scrubland.
\nYou will also find a games room\/library (also shared with the owners).
\nIdeally located in the heart of southern Ard\u00e8che, St Germain is close to the most famous tourist attractions: the Chauvet II Cave, the Ard\u00e8che Gorges, Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, as well as beautiful medieval villages to discover and the magnificent Ard\u00e8che mountains, with their lakes and volcanic formations, all within an hour’s drive.
\nWithin these unspoiled landscapes, numerous sporting activities are available within a few kilometers (canoeing, tree climbing, ultralight flying, bungee jumping, via ferrata, etc.).
\nYou can even put on your hiking boots and set off from the house along the stony paths under the oak trees, listening to the persistent chirping of the cicadas, for a walk through the countryside to the breathtaking cliffs overlooking the Ard\u00e8che River.
\nFor cycling enthusiasts, the cycle path is 400 m from the house and will take you to Vog\u00fc\u00e9, Ruoms and its gorges, to Aubenas and its medieval town, or to the villages of Coiron, Le Teil and the Rh\u00f4ne Valley.
