\nReturn at 4:30\/5:00 p.m. the following day.<\/p>\n
You will need to camp in the Gorges between the two days of navigation:
\nGaud campsite: 3 hours of navigation.
\nGournier campsite: 4\u00bd hours of navigation.
\nRemember to book your bivouac tickets in advance on the Tourist Office website.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nBe in good physical condition.
\nKnow how to swim.
\nBe over 7 years old.<\/p>\n
Clothing:
\nOld trainers or water sandals (shoes that stay on your feet). For your safety, avoid laces.
\nLong shorts and T-shirt (beware of sunburn).
\nCap, sunglasses, and don’t forget a cord to tie them on.
\nOut of season: bring a wool jumper to wear next to your skin and a windbreaker + a change of clothes for when you arrive.
\nNeoprene wetsuits are available for hire.<\/p>\n
In any case, don’t forget:
\nYour camping essentials (sleeping bags, change of clothes, warm clothes for the evening)
\nSwimsuit and towel.
\nSufficient water (1.5 litres of water per day per person). Refills available at the bivouacs.
\nPicnic for 2 days (no food that can spoil in the heat).
