Departure at 11am and 12pm (please arrive 30 minutes beforehand)<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nBe in good physical condition,
\nBe able to swim,
\nBe over 7 years old.<\/p>\n
Clothing:
\nOld trainers or water sandals (shoes that stay on your feet). For your safety, avoid laces.
\nLong shorts and T-shirt (be careful of sunburn).
\nCap, sunglasses, and don’t forget a cord to tie them on.
\nOut of season: bring a wool jumper to wear next to your skin and a windbreaker + a change of clothes for when you arrive.
\nNeoprene wetsuits are available for hire.<\/p>\n
In any case, don’t forget:
\nSwimsuit and towel.
\nWater (at least 1.5 litres per person) and your picnic (no food that can spoil in the heat).
\nA change of clothes for when you arrive.
